How do I log into my account?

Already have an account with SAF? If you already have an SAF account, click the LOG IN button at the top right corner of the Home page. (It's the same one you use for the main SAF site). There, you will see the familiar SAF log in screen. Insert your user name and password and voila! You will be magically transported to ForestEd.

Do I need to be an SAF member to have an account and access ForestEd products?

Anyone can have an SAF account. It’s FREE! However, consider the benefits of becoming a member, such as registration discounts and FREE access to select ForestEd products. Check out additional member benefits and either join or renew.


Who do I contact if I need additional assistance with my SAF account?

For additional assistance with your account, either call 866-897-8720 or email membership@safnet.org during normal office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm ET.


What are the recommended browsers and internet setting for this site?

To view the recorded webinars, you must use an HTML 5 supported web browser.  To confirm if you are able to view the products, please take the browser test.

 

How do I access the ForestEd products I purchased?

You can access your purchased products in 2 ways.

  1. Login to ForestEd and go to My Dashboard in the menu on the left side of the page.
  2. Select either of the product links within the product registration confirmation email sent by ForestEd@safnet.org you received, not the payment receipt from SAF.


How long do I have access to items that I have purchased?

Access for each item may vary.  Journal of Forestry quizzes are available for 12 months from the date posted and accessible on ForestEd.

 

How do I earn continuing education credits (CFEs)?

Many of the online learning products are provided for CFE credit. Each may have their own completion requirements, but the process is similar.

  • Register for the product
  • Complete the course content, or view the webinar or recording
  • Complete the quiz components where applicable with a passing score
  • Print your certificate
  • Credit will be issued to your SAF account within 24 hours


How do I cancel my registration or get a refund?

All purchases are non-refundable. Please email cf@safnet.org if you would like to receive credit for a different product or if you have questions.
